IN-SIGHT OF SREE GURU CHARITRA….

The original ‘ Sree Guru Charitra’ was written by Sri  Saraswathi Gangadhara in the language of Maharastra.

P.P.Sri Sri Sri VASUDEVANANDA SARASWATHI swamy Maharaj translated it into Sanskrit. He composed it as ‘Samasloki’

containing around 7,000 verses with 51 chapters.

Sri Guru Charitra  explain us that those who have faith and follow Sri Guru instructions gets benefited. Human life needs some ethical and moral values to make it worth living. Sri Guru Charitra highlights the importance of these ideals enshrining paramount and moral values.

Sri Gurucharitra provides profound insight, immutable guidelines on what should be one’s Dharma. It is the celestial tree, which fulfills all the desires of devotees.  Shri Gurucharitra plays a key role in the life of devotees, as it serves as a road map to those who pursue the path of devotion. It has been a guiding force for aspirants in their spiritual and worldly pursuits, discharge of duties and performance of actions.   It is a manual and handbook of our life. It also provides Veda Marga, Noble mind, good thoughts and Moksha at the end. The devotees who follow and practice  the principles mentioned in Shrigurucharitra, he gets rid of his flaws and sins effortlessly. There are some Prayaschitha karmas and some traditions explained in different chapters to follow while performing the regular duties so as to reach the stage of SALVATION.
