An Unique Service Programme To Visually Impaired Children
A day with Visually Challenged Children.
Visually Challenged children require the motivation and physical support to show their inner talents and need training in vocational skills to make them self-reliant adults but not the mere expressions of compassion and sympathy.
Team Sree Datta Vaibhavam spent one complete day with the children. Had lunch with them and were motivated by their approach to life. They are not able to see the beauty of this Universe and even not able to see the items what they are eating. While serving one has to tell about the items which are served. One can’t imagine the difficulties which they are facing in their everyday life from morning to night. But they are enjoying their lives by playing with the musical instruments and by playing with cricket balls especially made for blind children.
This inspired the Team to donate the musical instruments (Tabala, Kanjara, Dolucks, Cangoo, Casio and flutes etc.,) and study material like slates, measuring tapes, nail threaders, scales, sticks which are specially made for visually challenged approved by National Institute for Visually Handicapped as a part of service activity.
After spending a day with the children Team had to leave them and come back with tears filled eyes and heavy hearts. Team prayed Datta Guru to bless all of them abundantly.
